Company History
Professional Insurance Agents was formed on the 20 January 1995 from a management buyout. All the existing brokers and staff involved with the old company's directors & officers and Event Insurance department transferred to the new formation.
We have 8 brokers, totalling 90 years experience in the specific fields of directors & officers liability, prospectus covers, mergers & acquisitions, charities & trustees covers, residents association insurance and general commercial insurances.
There are, in fact, very few brokers who actually specialise in Event Insurance, directors & officers insurance and intellectual property insurance, that can offer a personalised, dedicated broker service to clients with links to leading underwriters and insurers as well as the Lloyd's and London markets.
Finally with the mixed worlds of the 'wonder of technology' vs. 'human being', it is sometimes easy to forget traditional values – we won't! To us it will always be client first, be it via LiveBroker, E-mail, fax, phone or in person.
